- What is your cancellation policy? You may cancel your reservation for no charge before 11:59 PM local hotel time 2 days before arrival. Please note that we will assess a fee of your first night of room and tax if you must cancel after this deadline. If you have made a prepayment, we will retain all or part of your prepayment. If not, we will charge your credit card.
- What is your guarantee policy? A valid Credit Card is required to confirm your reservation at our hotel.
- When is check-in and check-out time? Check-in is at 3:00 pm or after. Check-out is 11:00 am or before. Photo identification is required.
- Do you allow pets in your hotel? Pets up to 50 lbs are allowed for a $150 non-refundable fee.
- Do you have a capacity limit for guests per room? Yes. Our limits are as follows:
- King Guestroom: 2 adults and 2 kids
- Double Queen: Up to 4 people total
- King Suite: Up to 4 people total
- What is the smoking policy at NOUN Hotel? All areas of the hotel, including rooms, common areas, and outdoors, are non-smoking. There will be a $250 fee for any smoking on hotel grounds, per occurrence. Reservation may be subject to cancellation.
- Is there a minimum age requirement for booking a hotel room at NOUN hotel? The minimum age to book a room at our hotel is 21 years.
- Do you have a business center? We do not have a dedicated Business Center; however, our front desk staff will be happy to assist with any printing needs you may have.
- Does NOUN Hotel offer any business services? Yes, it conveniently offers meeting rooms, a banquet room, and conference facilities.
- Is parking available at NOUN Hotel? Yes, paid private parking on-site and valet parking are available to guests.
- How far is the NOUN Hotel from the OU Campus? The NOUN Hotel is 0.02 miles from the University of Oklahoma campus.
- How is NOUN Hotel from downtown Norman? The NOUN Hotel is 0.5 miles from downtown Norman.
- What food & drink options are available at NOUN Hotel? Guests can enjoy dining at Rally Kithen + Bar and ONE Bar for cocktails during their stay.
- Do you serve breakfast? Yes, breakfast is served at Rally Kitchen + Bar daily.
- Do you have room service? Yes, we offer room service for our hotel guests from 7:00am-10:00pm.
